CONSTRUCTION PRODUCT MANAGER (NORTHRIDGE, CA)

JOB INFORMATION

Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems. Also responsible for:

Review, inspect, and test project systems, materials, documents, techniques, and workmanship.

Manage all or part of the cost of planning, design, and construction process.

Manage all phases of the construction process and the project schedule.

Four (4) years’ experience in the job offered or in a related occupation with similar job duties.

Experience above must include two (2) years managing construction projects.
